Kaimera promotes internally

Independent media agency Kaimera has promoted two long-serving employees to newly created roles, with Conor Riordan stepping up as General Manager for Sydney and New Zealand and Anna Magliano as Chief Client Officer.

The move comes as part of the agency's strategic growth plan and its commitment to nurturing talent from within.

Riordan, was Kaimera's first hire seven years ago. He has managed some of Kaimera's longest client relationships, most recently as Client Director.

Magliano, meanwhile, has over 20 years of industry experience and more than five years at Kaimera, most recently as Client Partner.

"Anna and Conor's promotions are not just about recognising their contributions to Kaimera but also about our future. Their leadership will be crucial as we navigate the evolving industry landscape and continue to stay ahead of the curve," said CEO of Kaimera, Nick Behr. "These promotions and new hires reflect our growth trajectory and our dedication to nurturing talent from within. At Kaimera, we are not just building a succession plan; we are planning for a future to keep our clients ahead of their competition."

In the past 12 months, Kaimera has also hired Brett Camilleri as Chief Data Officer and Nic Vargas as Head of Digital. The agency plans further hires for 2024 and currently has nearly 50 people on its team.

Kaimera's client portfolio includes MLC, CMC Markets, AfterPay, REA and Yalumba.
