The Media i’s Industry Mood & Sentiment Survey has just been released and we are both humbled and thrilled with the results. This survey is without doubt, the most significant industry sentiment survey for the media industry. With over 4,320 respondents, the surveys (performed twice per annum) positively address the widening gap between media agencies and media owners. This is achieved through collating attitudes and opinions on issues that are affecting the industry and tracking over time the sentiments and performance of agencies, media channels and media owner sales representation.
As an Independent Agency we know that the strength of our Media Owner relationships is of paramount importance and we work with transparency and trust to foster strong and mutually respectful relationships with our partners. We benchmark ourselves on how we perform in the Media i Surveys and as such, we are thrilled to announce that in the latest survey we came first for all media agencies (Sydney) in 5 out of the 6 categories surveyed:
- Accessible and approachable – #1
- Openness to ideas – #1
- Adequate responses and feedback to proposals – #1
- Transparent in campaign negotiation – #1
- Provides adequate insights – #1
And second for the other category:
- Provides thorough briefs – #2
In addition, we are thrilled to announce that we were ranked #4 in the overall Net Trust Promoter (NPS) Score, which realises a long-term goal of our CEO Nick Behr to make it into the Top 5.
NPS scores across the board hit the highest levels since May 2013, meaning positive improvement for the entire media industry.
